For this concert, re: mix ruminated on Being and Time.

Through the slow music of Schubert, Verdi, Mascagni and Mahler, re: mix pondered on the pace of modern living. Already exacerbated by technology, this concert invoked the audiences to look inward at the seduction of speed.

This obsession also led the audiences to explore the concept of “life” as a series of “nows”, in the single trajectory of time, in the memory of the past as well as the foreseeable future.

On this night, re: mix took the audience out of time, and inspired them to taste, savour life, and truly be.
